Philip Lawson Johnston has been engraving glass by hand since 1971. He has worked at various studios in London including:
· Living Art in Earls Court
· Andrew Glass Engraving in Belgravia
· The Plazzotta Sculpture Studio showroom in Chelsea.
He has been based in Oxford since 1988. He is an Associate Fellow of the Guild of Glass Engravers. Member of the British Luxury Council 2004

My intention is to create glass designs that not only are pleasing to the eye and accurate in what they are portraying, but also reflect in some way the care and attention to detail of the creator that we observe in the world around us.
