search by discipline
All pieces of work in our database are stored under a disciplne and then sub-discipline. For example tables can be found in the discipline "furniture" - sub discipline "tables". To activate this search select a discipline from the pull-down menu in the blue band above. After making your selection you will see one piece of work by all the makers whose collection contains matching pieces. You can then further filter your search by selecting from the sub-discipline pull down.
When you have the full range of pieces on view and you have located the piece you like, click on your selected image and this will take you to the maker's portfolio. In the maker's portfolio you can see a full range of their work and view more specific information about the piece your are interested in.
